PEAK YOUTH CORE PROGRAM

3-Month Youth Strength, Mentorship & Digital Wellness Program

Peak Youth offers a structured **12-week program designed to help youth build confidence, resilience, and healthier relationships with technology through movement, mentorship, and outdoor experiences.

This small-group program combines physical training, outdoor activities, and guided digital wellness discussions to support youth in developing stronger mental and physical wellbeing.

Our approach focuses on consistency, mentorship, and practical life skills rather than one-time events.

What Youth Will Experience

Participants take part in a structured weekly program including:

Strength & Fitness Training
Two small-group training sessions per week focused on building confidence, strength, and healthy habits.

Digital Wellness Sessions
Short guided discussions after training sessions that help youth build awareness around screen use, social media pressure, and healthy technology habits.

Outdoor Experiences
Bi-weekly outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, or mountain biking that reconnect youth with nature and challenge them in positive ways.

Mentorship & Personal Growth
Youth work closely with coaches and mentors who provide support, encouragement, and guidance throughout the program.

Program Structure

Duration: 12 weeks
Age Group: 13–18
Group Size: Small cohorts (maximum 6 participants)

Weekly structure includes:

Participants do not need to be athletes. The program is designed to meet youth where they are.

Program Investment

Peak Youth operates on a subsidized model to make programming accessible while maintaining high-quality mentorship and coaching.

Program Fee: $350 for the full 12-week program

Two full scholarships are available for youth facing financial barriers.

Youth Digital Wellness Storytelling Project

Peak Youth is developing a future youth storytelling initiative where participants will create short digital reflections about mental health, technology, and connection with the outdoors.

This project will eventually grow into a community youth film event showcasing young voices and experiences.
